Central on Tui - Taupo Central Holiday Unit

Clean and central to town. Well appointed. Staff are very helpful, answered my call straight away when I had a query. Good value for money.

Would be great to have coffee. Only had tea available. And some basic toiletries would be a nice like soap or shampoo. I would have given it a 10.

The location was excellent close to the town centre. Beds were comfortable. Good bathroom and kitchen.

The heat pump was not very efficient. There was a 'tripping hazard' in the living area with uneven tiles.

Excellent 2 bedroom accomodation for 2 couples

Lack of shower gel & shampoo. Difficult to locate . Not signposted

Close to lakefront and town.and allowing pets was excellent

Hard floor and tiles elevated so easy to trip on. Plus no shower upstairs... inconvenient with more than 2 people

A pleasant location. Clean property and sufficient facilities.

There could have been air conditioning upstairs too. The tiles on the floor you can easily trip on. Microwave wasn't turning properly. For some reason there were two dishwashers but only a tiny space for a freezer within a fridge. Not all we had for freezer use could fit causing them to melt.

Location near the foreshore, restaurants, town centre and comfortable beds.

Upstairs bathroom only had a handheld shower sprayer. Downstairs kitchen had high floor tiles in front of sink with sharp edge had to watch so not to hit it with your toes.

Good central location, easy access, nice layout, master bedroom good size, nice kitchen.

The shower temperature was hard to control, and mostly too hot. Had a few insect bites from the master bed, maybe bed bugs?
