Central on Tui - Taupo Central Holiday Unit

The master bedroom upstairs. The king size bed was super comfortable. Location was perfect.

We only got 1 medium sized towel each to use for 3 days. But us ladies when we shower and wash hairs we need more than one towel, even the men, the one white towel doesn't cover the whole front. We couldn't get the TV downstairs work. We 4 of us took turns to try and work it with no luck. There's a washing machine but no dryer, no clothes line outside to hang clothes so we didn't use the washing machine. The elevated tiled part to part the kitchen and the lounge can cause a fall if you are not careful and you can easily forget about the elevation side and next minute boom. We all had our fair share of a near miss falls.

Great location - such a n easy walk to the beach

The woman running the complex was very rude, and couldn't manage a smile or a polite word.

Good location

Lack of service. Poor communication in resolving the WiFi to work took 4 phone calls over 3 days. Rats chewing in the ceiling kept me awake. Reported issue. No satisfactory resolution. Very frustrating and disappointing.
