"Amazing location and pool is a winner, great bedrooms but not a very big living/family area - not enough couch area"

Great location! Pool was great.

Small living area for 2 adults 2 kids ie not enough couch space for 4 people to sit comfortably and watch a movie. Tile/hardwood flooring edging is trip hazard and we had a stubbed toe

Reasonably close to town and the lake

The noise from other units made it hard to get any sleep, No instructions on how to work anything heat pump, bath etc.

Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Loved the spa bath. Well equipped. Warm and cosy.

Kitchen water cold. Not enough towels. Rubbish in rubbish bin and dishes dirty in cupboard.

I think it's good way to do so as I had all the instructions so there wasn't any scope of facing any problem in this one.

There was no shampoo, shower gel in both of the bathrooms. Sofa bed wasn't working. TV was in middle of nowhere. To be honest, there was not enough space in the hall. very poorly organized. Either bring the prices down or make it worth that you are charging.

Great location

The heating needs attention,The upstairs heater didn’t work at all and the down stairs heater Needs servicing ASAP. Quite a lot of condensation in the unit in the mornings.
