Private and Perfect for Families, Rotorua Escape

We arrived at the accommodation but had not yet recieved the details to access the property. The number the host had on their profile was no longer in service which made it frustrating. Once we were finally able to connect with our host, communication was quick and efficient.

The property manager was excellent and ensured our stay was comfortable throughout. The central heating worked perfectly for the cooler mornings and evenings. The living spaces were spacious and welcoming, and the kitchen was a great size, even though we chose to dine out. The washing machine was a very convenient addition. Thank-you

I loved the space. The house was really spacious for 6 adults and it did offer the necessities we needed.

The gardens needed weeding. Weeds were growing under the French doors and under the outdoor table. Broken glass bottles in the side garden. Broken outdoor furniture.

Unacceptable Cleanliness Major Health Hazards! we very disappointed with our recent stay. While the property itself has no major issues, the extreme lack of cleanliness made it unbearable!!! We found several large dead spiders inside the house. The toilet seat was stained with urine, and beside the bed, there was an unidentified syringe… The worst part was the pest infestation. After sitting briefly on the living room sofa, one of us was bitten over ten times by fleas…also find a flea on the bed afterward. This is absolutely unacceptable and poses serious health risks. I strongly urge the host to improve cleaning standards and conduct thorough pest control immediately🥲🥲

This homestay is very good, with a beautiful environment and complete facilities. It is very comfortable to chat with my family in the courtyard. I like it.
