Lakefront Fantail Cottage Lake Hawea, Wanaka

Great location.

Curious set up. Not accessibility friendly. Advertised as two bedroom but one bedroom is in a separate tiny house. The bed in the tiny house is up a ladder. This would be good to know before booking. Very well equipped kitchen and resources.

while it did not bother us, the beds settings should be clear in the property description and photos. 2 beds are in a separate studio in the back of the house.

Amazing view (seriously, amazing!), close to the lake and shops, and a short drive to Wanaka. Comfy beds. The house feels "homey", plenty of games, TVs, etc. Clean, warmth, and well maintained. The kitchen is fantastic, modern and well equipped.

One room is at the back, outside the house in a separate studio. Although the studio is great, it can be annoying to walk outside (possibly in the rain) to go to sleep. Towels were slightly too small.

Location, kitchen and living area were a great size

A suggestions would be to remove sofa bed from main bedroom and replace with a single bed.

Location outstanding. Clean house.

Advertised as 2 bedroom but it is only 1. When I contacted them all they said was there was a sofa lounge. False advertising. The lawns looked like they hadn't been mowed in a long time.
