Great location and views.

Overall the place is a little run down. Bed was not very comfy and bed frame was squeaky. For the price, should be better.

Fantastic location and had everything we needed. Will be back to stay again.

Despite knowing there were five people arriving, the sleep out was not cleaned and the bare mattress had to be made up.

Easy to find location with a good kitchen and dining area. The view is partially blocked by trees growing across from the drive ( larger now than in the listings photos), but still enjoyable. We also loved having laundry facilities available in the house ( in the bathroom). The 1 bedroom located in the main house was comfortable. The owner was very responsive and seemed nice on the phone when I called after we arrived to ask "where is the 2nd bedroom"? The location of this was a bit of a suprise to us (see negative feedback) and had I seen photos of it, I would have booked elsewhere. It's a nice home for a couple, but to advertise it as 2 bedrooms that are accessible is misleading and no photos are provided of the loft bedroom or ladder used to access it.

The lack of photos regarding the "2nd bedroom" and that the listing states the "Entire unit is located on the ground floor" under Accessibility in the listing on booking.com. The "2nd bedroom" is in a loft in a tin covered building at the rear of the main house. It had it's own toilet and a small downstairs living room consisting of a couch and TV, but it is unattached from the main home and not accessible as listed. N.B.: ** It is not accessible or suitable for young children or anyone withmobility issues. There are several very steep stairs (basically it's a straight up and down vertical ladder) from the floor to the loft. ** Unfortunately my son didn't capture a photo of the ladder, but it is a wooden one like this which goes straight up and is not angled or slanted at all🪜. (The listing however should include photos for accuracy and transparency). The owner asks that you make this loft bed yourself and then also strip the sheets prior to checking out, as her cleaner/housekeeper is unable to manage or climb the stairs. We travelled as 2 couples. Fortunately the other couple was my young son and his girlfriend, so thankfully they didn't mind taking the loft. They reported the bed wasn't very comfortable and they also had to relocate 2 spiders outside to the garden (perhaps a bug bomb is required?). I was disappointed in this property due to the lack of transparency with their photos and description of the property and it's facilities. Fortunately, we only stayed one night, but if booking for 2 "accessible" bedrooms, I recommend you look elsewhere. Included are photos of the out back renovated tin shed, the loft bed, the couch area under it and the driveway view to the lake.

Het is echt een huisje met alles erop en eraan. Wij verbleven er 1 nacht maar als je veel in de omgeving gaat doen kan je hier goed voor langere tijd verblijven
