Very stylish and comfortable! Great location

Nothing but was perfect.

Ground floor was cosy and welcoming with good use of space and perfect for our planned catch up chats. The kitchen too was well equipped so we could prepare food etc. location is very good. Beds very comfy.

Didn’t enjoy spending night in an area below ground level with only a curtain to give me privacy. My cousins each had a proper room but one of them like my area had no natural light or air. There was an unpleasant smell around the bathrooms which reminded me of perm solution. This hampered a good nights sleep. Otherwise the accommodation was good.

Tha apartment was very comfortable and included all we required in the kitchen. Perfect location for the city.

The shower cubicle did not drain well and the door didn't close properly.

Two bedrooms in basement had no windows. This wasn't clear when booking.

Location. Quiet.

Tired. Lack of kitchen implements. Espresso machine faulty. Very basic. Advertised as 3 bedrooms but one of the double beds has a curtain as a wall. All bedrooms lower ground with little to no natural light. Didn’t have instant hot water, had to run immersion heater for a couple of hours to get hot water. Outside furniture poorly maintained and covered in bird excrement. Had to clean it before we could use it. Outside of building to rear poorly maintained.

Location was ok

After we left the following week we started getting bills on our credit card for claims of a “broken towel” when asked to see the items they said it was binned, when asked for a full receipt showing company details, nothing was sent. We believe this is a con designed to remove lots of small amount out of people in hope that the don’t notice. Be very careful check your bills in the following days.

Size of the accommodation is very good — as is the location in Ely

There were no instructions for working the heating system . This is the hive controls We additionally couldn’t adjust the shower water temperature and the shower ran continuously cold although the taps in bathroom sinks did run warm
