A lovely location, outside of town so nice and peaceful, but close enough to get to the attractions easily. Lovely layout of the house, and a bonus that all three rooms had their own bathrooms with showers (two had baths). Beds were all singles, so great if you are not a couple, but if you are they can be pushed together (linens for each bed were separate -i.e. own duvet, sheets). Tons of cupboard space! A nice central lounge area and really nice big kitchen. Beautiful views of the mountains!

The property does need some TLC, but nothing was of great concern. Needs a coat of paint and some small fixes around the place. Everything was in working order though.

"Unfortunately as two ladies traveling, we seeked alternative accommodation"

The accommodation was generally fine inside, but we felt the exterior could benefit from some attention and upgrading to create a more welcoming first impression. The location, as clarified in the directions, is not within an estate, and being in an open area may cause some guests — particularly women travelling alone — to feel a little uncertain about security. While this may not be an issue for everyone, we feel it’s worth noting so that future guests can make an informed decision.

Location, space, fireplace

Gas stove only has 2 plates. Restricts cooking as you can only use 2 small pots or one big pot. This is an 8 sleeper cottage so the stove should be larger, at least 4 plates.

Location was stunning, the unit nice and clean , room are warm and comfy

The heating in the lounge and kitchen, and the plugs piont keep tripping , and the owner chargers extra for kids under 10 doesn't matter the age R250 per child
