Historic Grade 2 listed Cottage with Parking

Beautiful cottage with a spacious, well-appointed kitchen. The separate sitting and dining rooms were an added bonus for creating separate spaces. The cottage is in a great location, and allocated parking is a rarity in Rye. Comfortable beds and fluffy towels. Perfect cottage for a couple or small group of friends.

Nothing we didn’t like.

The cottage was in a central location, so it was super easy to walk into town. The interior was lovely and really clean and the beds were comfy.

The view into the car park, but it didn’t really matter as we were out most of the time!

Great location! Close to town and the railway station.

I think it was a bit overpriced for what you got.

We liked the parking (rare in Rye). The beds were comfortable. It was quiet.

Settee in the lounge uncomfortable. TV hard to use (it was internet). No sport channels!

Central town position. Local amenities close at hand. Car park space on site.

Door lock temperamental. Sofa grubby and uncomfortable. Stairs very steep and narrow treads. TV unable to receive live tv. Shower only Luke warm and very low pressure. No opening windows. Only a winter quilt available and we visited in summer, poor sleep experience. Fishy smell in the dining room and kitchen. Bedroom ceiling light has exposed wires. Dirty windows outside.

Great location.

Its a cute place but a bit tired Stairs are small in depth and very steep. Rooms were "sort of" cleaned. A wire Cork holder was behind the sofa. Surfaces part cleaned. Bedding clean though tired. Towels provided were what you'd imagine getting from your Gran.
