The property was cold when arrived had to put heating on, hard beds to sleep on, damaged ceiling light in bedroom, uncomfortable sofa, drafts front door….property could do with a freshen up

Had parking. Plenty of hot water and good heating.

The sofa had a low back so did not support you when sitting down. Uncomfortable. Front door lock did not seem very secure.The heating hadn’t been turned on for our arrival. In November it was quite cold and we had to wait for the house to warm up. Once it had it was fine.

Amazing location. Very close to the shops as well as the train station.

The quality of the bath towels was awful. They didn’t dry at all during our staying and using them didn’t dry us either.

The size and location of this property was amazing, we fitted very comfortably and it met all our basic needs

The property had a little ware and tare but with a little tlc would be exceptional. Families biggest complaint was that the bedding was a little musty smelling but defo an easy fix and wouldn’t stop us using again or recommending.

It was in a good location for exploring Rye, the parking was an advantage and it was reasonably priced.

The décor is in need of a refresh (flaking paint and wallpaper) and the mattress wasn't very comfortable, but that could be personal choice

Great location in town with parking. Short walk to many restaurants, pubs and shops

Difficult to find, maybe just us as not experts with Google maps but phone call to local office found us the way.

Very nice cottage in the center of Rye close to the grocery/supermarket. Privat parking option is essential in Rye and this is also suitable for larger vehicles. Car is not required for exploring the village. Check-in with key box. Very clean and well equipped with all needs. Beds are very comfortable.

For the last night there was a double booking. We're very sorry for the family, who found their destination occupied. Seems a good idea to double check with the management when booking. But it's worthwhile. (Our rating refers to the object only...)

Located on the Ferry Road one way system and close to the railway track we found the property particularly noisy at all times of the day and night due it being located very close to a busy main road and railway which also ran trains throughout the night.
