Historic Grade 2 listed Cottage with Parking

How central it was in Rye with free parking. Close to all amenities. Comfortable bedrooms. Road noise muffled by 2ndary glazing.

Front door lock sticking at times not very secure. Furniture on the large side in lounge, would be better with two seater sofas or armchairs. Stairs as described are steep and narrow in tread but are manageable.

Good location, easy access to town

Took 10 mins in the pouring rain on arrival to get the key to turn in the lock

Great little cottage in good location. Very clean and well furnished/maintained.

We had quite a strong smell of paint when we stayed. As is the case with many holiday places, the kitchen equipment was a little erratic, making it a bit difficult to cook for 5 people.

The cottage was clean and nicely prepared for our stay. It's also in a very good state. The bedrooms and bathroom are in a really good state. Comfy living room, nice kitchen and dining room. There is a supermarket just 2 minutes away and the city center close by. The only minus...lack of outside furniture. There is a bench by the door but it could be really nice to have a table and some armchairs to enjoy a warm evening outside. But in one word....It was great. We really enjoyed our stay in this Cottage.

Roomy, clean, tidy, kitchen was great, nice location once we found it.

Stairs!, difficulty with finding the accommodation perhaps add detailed location ie entrance next to the crown pub and front door at rear. The door key was very hard to use took quite a few minutes to open and lock the door each time, very fiddly.

Lovely property, poorly managed by We 💙 Property

Builders hammering and banging from 8:30am next door every morning. And not being called back or emailed back by We 💙 Property when trying to discuss this. Also didn’t like being given the wrong code for the key box and spending half an hour trying to contact We 💙 Property when we arrived.
