Kandy Fortress

Very clean and spacious. Lovely owner. Quiet, green surroundings. Huge rooms. The room didn’t initially have a fridge, fan or toaster but these were quickly supplied when requested. I definitely recommend this place to others. It was like having our own house in Kandy. Thank you, Kumari.

It’s difficult to get a tuk tuk early in the morning. You can walk down the steps to the centre of Kandy but if you don’t want to climb back up, you will spend about $1.50 for a tuk tuk each time (not much, but needs to be factored into overall price if you’re going to the centre multiple times as we were). No sign on building.

Breakfast is verry taste..location is good..The owner and staff are very professional and friendly...im recomonded this place..we are come againe..

Everything is so good. The location is not exactly in the center but maybe it's better, because it's quiet. The owner is so kind and helpful and the room we got is equipped with a nice kitchen and a very spacious bathroom. AC is working well.

The location was perfect very central to almost everything. The host was super nice and gave us some food to take with us for our journey. Good value for the money

You could include a squeegee or a mop to dry the bathroom after the shower for when you need to use just the toilet

The owner and staff are very professional and friendly. We planned to stay one night but we stayed six days and enjoyed our vacation. And also the meals are tasty and the price is also fair.
