Shin and the other hosts at Kyonoyado Gekkoan were incredibly attentive and accommodating. The room was stunning, the food was incredible, and we left feeling so rejuvenated.

I feel like they we're pushing to find out when I was going to check out the following morning. I wasn't sure and I don't want to feel rushed on my vacation but since they asked several times, I almost felt the need to check out early

We loved staying here. Fantastic amenities, comfortable bed and blankets, large space. very clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The best service we’ve ever had! They think of every little detail to make you feel special and comfortable while staying with them.

Très beau Ryokan, très belle décoration, soignée, avec œuvre artistique. Une très belle vaisselle. Un jardin zen. Shin a passé du temps avec nous et nous a communiqué beaucoup d’explications sur Kyoto et Osaka On a gouté au dîner et petit déjeuner préparé par les moines. Il y à tout le nécessaire au besoin ( cuisine Nespresso et machine à laver) Je prendrai l’autre Ryokan la prochaine fois qui était complet.

It beautifully balances rich history and cultural heritage with top-tier, modern amenities. The exceptional concierge team truly went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. Definitely a highlight of our trip.
