Just a neautiful spot to be - had everything we needed and close to Akaroa. Loved the company of the 'village cat' - a delight to have him visit. Would love to buy this house 💕

Location is has very beautiful setting - gorgeous environment. Nice updated kitchenette and good parking. Good owner communication. Amazing view into Akaroa

The shower head was broken and the shower leaked. The decor is pretty dated for the price of the property.
