"I will return."

Quiet. Private. Peaceful. Beautiful gardens. Easy drive into Akaroa. About 3 km into town. We lijed the location as akaroa can be busy and good to escape Suit two people or a small family.

"A lovely property with water views and close to town."

We like the children's walk which look us about 3 hours to complete. Well worth it.

This on the whole was a lovely property in a great location. I think it would have been nice to have a tea pot and strainer. (tea bags are provided but I travel with loose leaf tea). The other thing I don't like is same coloured towels - it's much easier to have different coloured towels - just saying.

Little surprised no oven. But we got around that with BQ Keep an eye on the mould on the backs of curtains in the bedrooms and dust on the hallway lighting. But that's normal maintenance not a real issue.

A great location, expansive grounds and a nice view. Quiet, charming. Laundry was easy to use and in good working order.

Would’ve been nice to have bathroom condiments like shower soap, conditioner like we’ve found in other places but this is very minor.
