"Lovely short stay in this immaculate cottage"

Immaculately clean, welcome treats on arrival, hosts flexible on arrival arrangements, great location with parking outside. Comfortable furniture and beds, good heating and hot water, nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine in a small cottage.

"Perfect Cottage Escape in Beautiful Rutland!"

We had an amazing stay at Osprey Cottage! The cottage was spotless, cosy, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The beautiful Rutland surroundings made it even more special – so peaceful and picturesque. We loved the local pub too; the staff and residents were incredibly welcoming and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this gem and we can’t wait to return!

Very cosy, clean and comfortable. Thoughtful touches ( dog biscuits, towels etc, shower and bathroom solutions, cleaning solutions, lovely welcome pack. Great location near the sights and an eatery. Pretty and friendly village setting. Great communication. Good local info provided. Perfect for a couple with 2 dogs. We will come again when the weather cheers up!

"Cosy, comfortable, clean cottage. Very enjoyable."

The cottage was spotlessly clean, warm, and was just what we needed for our short 3 night stay. It was a lovely surprise to find milk etc in the fridge and some food snacks to welcome us. A very quiet village in a lovely area. Highly recommended.

"Fantastic dog friendly cottage!"

The cottage was fantastic, they had thought about everything to make a very comfortable stay. It was very dog friendly and had the perfect little garden. Lovely welcoming package that was over and above anything we have received in other properties. Would absolutely book to stay here again! Pub very close.

Hard to fault anything except maybe the shower being a little under powered but this in no way took away from this fantastic little cottage.
