I think the location is great, the property easy to find and although no allocated parking there was plenty of space on the quiet road. I found the property clean, quiet and had everything I needed as well as additional welcome touches. Marie and Ben appear to have thought of everything to make the bright and airy cottage welcoming, making the best use of a small space and lots of thought given to the use by visitors. For a single occupancy, I felt my stay was good value for money - something I struggle to find.

Lovely, clean and comfortable place- ideal for exploring the area around Rutland Water. Nice surprise to get cookies and milk, not to mention the wine, upon arrival- a lovely gesture that was well appreciated!

The cottage was perfect, and great communication with the owners. Also left us lots of arrival treats. Everything was great!
