"Just the whole package for a perfect relaxing break away and for touring Rutland."

Our second time here with our dog Bella and again it was just perfect. Excellent location for touring Rutland, exceptional little cottage in a quite friendly village, nice small secure garden for dogs or children, very clean, comfortable with all amenities needed and added surprise extras, lovely pub serving good food and dog friendly within approx 2-3 minuets walk. Very friendly, helpful and informative hosts., Thank you again Maria and Ben.

Loverly little cottage in nice village, with great “local” and close to Rutland water & Oakham.

Slightly disappointed to find that we were refused the 10% discount at the pub that it states we could get for staying in the cottage, as was promised in the cottage folder.

Excellent accommodation with lovely furnishings and linens. Home away from home with everything you need for great self catering stay. Quaint, quiet neighbourhood with nice relaxed village location. Will definitely plan to stay again.
