"Perfect cottage."

Immaculately clean, warm, had everything we needed and more. Lovely food and drink welcome pack. Ben and Marie couldn’t have been more helpful. Quiet village location. Pub at top of road. Easy to park close by. Straightforward acres with key box. Close to Rutland Water. Highly recommend Osprey Cottage.

Nothing not to like. (We did notice noise through the wall from adjacent cottage. Sounded like a radio or TV still on middle night, perhaps by mistake. But it wasn’t loud and didn’t keep us awake).

Location of this cottage is fantastic, really easy to access Rutland Water bike/ walking trail. The local pub is great and the food was delicious.

set in a nice quite friendly village ( no Stores ), very friendly pub 2minuets walk from the cottage good food and very dog friendly. Easy access to Rutland water and all its lovely villages. The cottage was immaculately clean, comfortable, very good facilities everything we needed was to hand, absolutely dog friendly with a good secure small garden. The owners Maria and Ben are excellent hosts, exceptionally helpful and accommodating, we had some very nice unexpected extras left for us to enjoy, even the dog had treats left for her, thank you so much. We will definitely be returning.
