Our stay was superb from beginning to end! An immaculate and very comfortable cottage with a perfect dog-friendly garden. Lots of lovely treats as a welcome. Fabulous pub with very friendly staff just minutes away. We’ll look to return!

"Great vacation let in Rural setting, close to Rutland Water, without the tourists"

Rural location. Quite neighbourhood 1/2 mile from Rutland Water. Friendly neighbours and locals. Excellent pub down road , basic meals. Easy to get around on foot or by car. Excellent local garden centre with upmarket coffee shop and gift shops , also dog friendly.

Wow what a find, there wasn't anything to fault it truly was one of the best places we have stayed. Beautiful cottage, great communication from the start, outstanding pub at the end of the road and loved the extra little touches for our dog. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Osprey Cottage was very comfortable with some lovely homely touches. It was decorated to a high standard and the set up had been well thought through. It is one of the best places we have stayed. The welcome sign at the window was very thoughtful and the welcome pack was much appreciated. The cottage is in a lovely, friendly village and the pub is a bonus - we ate there three nights. The cottage is very well located for visiting Rutland Water and the surrounding area.

"Perfect for our two day stay for the CICLE bike race."

Easy to follow instructions a very nice property well thought out comfortable and very clean. Well situated for Rutland Water, we cycled around and its right on the circuit, a small lockable shed for our bikes too. Lovely quiet village with good pub around 50 metres away. No " views" as such but very pleasant area and plenty to do locally.

Nothing,our expectations were exceeded. Excepting the weather : )

Very clean, comfortable house. Nice to have tea/coffee, milk provided on our arrival. Lovely hot shower.

Would have been nice if there was a down stairs toilet.
