Beautiful home nestled within the trees big and spacious, very clean has all the things you have at home . Excellent communication with caretakers. The house was warm on arrival with lots of hot water . Would I stay again yes . Lovely place to eat nearby whartuns takeaway van and lillys Chinese are fabulous. We enjoyed our stayed.

This could be a more luxurious house if the king beds had new mattress they where uncomfortable. And we traveled with a puppy there was a 40e fee for the caretaker it's ok if you larger dogs most ppl clean up after there pets.

Wonderful location, quiet and attractive,a short car ride to Kenmare, clean and very roomy and a nice dining and sitting room. Catriona and Mike, the staff, were excellent, responsive and very pleasant.

The property is in need of some maintenance. The utilities are old, the dryer was not working and Mike and Catriona replaced it overnight. the cooker plates are rusty and the dishwasher bottom drawer was impossible to move when full. Mike did some work on that. The beds were okay but the pillows and bed covers were very uncomfortable, there was 5 of us and we all had a problem with the duvets, lead weight and stiff as a table top. The walls are paper thin and the handles of the doors are very noisy. One of us had to be rescued the first morning from the shower in the upstairs master bathroom as the door wouldn’t open. Thereafter we didn’t close the door, Mike to the rescue again, he put some soap on the door and it was a little better. Directions for departure were still there for Covid and we had to call to find out if this was applicable to us, it wasn’t, there were no directions for use of any of thee utilities which would have been helpful.

Great space and wonderfully responsive hosts

Very spacious, very clean, had all kitchen utensils, pans cutlery you woyld need. Even had baking paper and tin foil in the house we stayed :)

On the property site there aren’t any amenities on site for children like a play area, although the woods are a short walk away. Beds are on the hard side.

Lovely house close to kenmare that was very well equipped with everything you would need.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, home was very nice to stay in and suited everyone's needs, close to my Mum

Mattresses and pillows very hard, could do with a few more cooking utensils better pans as I like to cook when away for all the family
