Really beautiful location within woodland, spacious comfortable house

Keys were left at the table. Although it was hard to find the right property. Better signalling to find the house would be great, but that did not affect our holidays or the experience

Beautiful place.

House was clean and warm, had all the amenities that you could need. Location is about a mile out of Kenmare town but it’s quiet and there is a great walk down to the bay.

Internet was in and out at times but the hosts sorted it.

The house itself was spacious and the layout of the house was nice. The house was clean and warm on arrival. The bed sheets were nice and fresh. The surrounding woodlands were nice, but you could not walk through the main house route to the sea when it was occupied by guests, which was a shame.

The entire upstairs ceiling lights were not working. It may have been a blown fuze but we couldn't find the fuze box to see if that was the reason. Thankfully there were some bedside lamps. The bathroom fans and lights were not working so at night the doors had to be left open and lamps left on for lighting upstairs. The kitchen window was broken and falling off the hinges when opened. The mattresses could probably benefit from a topper or replacement. The vacuum bag was stuffed full so we couldn't vacuum the house, and we were there for 1 week. There was no safe walking route to the town. Would prefer to have the option for safe walks outside of the housing estate. The signage into the holiday village was not great and would benefit from a light or even a reflector at the entrance.

Blinds falling off upstairs bedroom windows.Noisy door handles all over house. Could have done with some more hand towels/towels and more water glasses as group of 8 adults.
