Check-out by 10:00 Cots are limited and subject to availability - if you have requested either please check with the caretaker prior to traveling to ensure this request can be carried out. Also please note that it will be a travel cot if available. Dogs are allowed at the property on request but please note a cash fee of €40.00 per dog is payable on arrival with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Lovely bright, spacious house with large garden. Very convenient to Kenmare town."

Quiet residential location. Spacious house. A five minute drive to the picturesque Kenmare town.

Uncomfortable sofa. Insufficient cooking utensils. Washing machine unreliable and tumble dryer very noisy.

"Trip To Kenmare"

Very comfortable and spacious house for our extended family stay. Location was perfect as we were attending a wedding in Dromquinna House. It's also just a short trip to Kenmare, which is a fabulous town to spend time in. Anne the House Manager was very responsive.

Location to Kenmare (Wedding) and Drumquinna Manor excellent (Wedding reception) Overall ideal for family

Wifi in house did not work, depended on neighbours wifi! Bedrooms had blinds, not curtains so early morning sunlight into room did not help sleep from 5am onwards. two toilet buttons for flushing not working. So hence loss of score above.

"Enjoyable stay in lovely area"

Spacious, comfortable accommodation in nicely landscaped plots. Very quiet. Good location very close to town with good shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Unfortunately property had superficial damage mainly in the kitchen, which also needed a good deep clean. The oven did not work properly and the kitchen was very poorly equipped. A few other minor things did not work in the property which should have been checked before arrival.

needed cleaned properly, cobwebs, broken tiles, ants ++++ everywhere- had to throw out our food. uncomfortable sofa
