Great central location. Two minute walk to bus station , harbour, pubs and restaurants. Comfortable furnishings. Well stocked kitchen. Warm and cosy for winter nights. Home from home,

The step into/from the bathroom is steep and potentially dangerous. A different colour flooring may reduce risk. Left phone charger (my fault) Still waiting to here back from Host & Stay re getting this back to me.

Very close to center of whitby close to the station . Own parking slot behind house a bonus

Garden just needs a little TLC but would be lovely if managed to the same great standards of cleaning inside the house.

Bits in the bed, marks on the pillow case, chipped plates & tea stains in the mugs, items left in bed side table

Lovely, cosy cottage. Location was perfect and having enclosed garden and allocated parking was a huge bonus. Already planning to return.

Plenty of space, cosy, great location.

When entering the house absolutely stunk of wet dog, we had to go buy air freshener. Could have been cleaner in places, cobwebs everywhere, the toilet was thick with black limescale, when taking the toilet brush out so I could clean it, the brush was full of poo, leading to my already suspicion that you hadn’t been cleared before we arrived 🤢 All over the house there are stains on the carpet, which look like dog wee stains, also a big yellow wee looking stain on the bedroom curtains as they are trailing on the floor. The house is lovely, but needs a deep clean.
