Cosy. Good location

No cushions for outside chairs. Very uncomfortable. No one to help. Had to buy more toilet paper.

Needs more hand towels, 1 per person not 1 to share Step in bathroom needs defining more maybe with a darker trim around it.

Beautifully decorated cottage. Excellent location for exploring all that Whitby has to offer.

Nothing to not like

Cottage was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Stayed her for 3 nights with my husband and my parents. Was only a short walk to shops and restaurants and the property is dog friendly too. Parking out back for one car, not sure how people aren't finding it, I'd recommend using Google Street view to familiarise yourself with the area and where the car park space is before arrival. There is limited parking out front which is first come first serve with the rest of the street, this is stated on a sign behind the front door and isn't advertised as a genuine Parking space with the property so again not sure why people are cross about this! This is a lovely property and would stay here again.

Only tiny improvements to elevate experience needed. More hand towels would be great as well as some kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets. There was a handy dishwasher but no tablets and the washing up liquid was in very low supply.

Didn’t receive an email as promised with the key safe code. Had to phone Host & Stay for this info but did receive the same email 4 times addressing me by my surname (no salutation) and informing me I’d receive check in information 6 hours before arrival. The final email after we departed!
