The place is in a perfect location and so unique, Realy peaceful and quite private, really comfortable and cosy all the amenities where good too

Somethings are lacking in maintainence mainly the decking, the staircase is a little awkward when carryung items

Couldn't get bbc channels.

Property is in a fantastic location

The property was a bit shabby, I know it’s the end of the holiday season but the place needed painting and the decking area wasn’t great, various loose deck boards and holes so had to be careful underfoot outside. Broken children’s spade from previous occupants left outside, dirty windows and weeds growing through front steps made it look unkempt. Kitchen was nice, bedroom carpet very grubby and lots of cracked tiles on the bathroom floor. The property looked like it needed a deep clean even though it was clean (apart from the dusty blinds).

The location of the property

Great location, beautifully decorated inside and very clean and comfortable. The decking area is an added bonus especially in nice weather. We took our dog and it was a great place to just sit with them while enjoying being in the centre of Whitby

Nothing it was all great

Location was great. Bed was comfortable Grab fishing off decking

Access to both floors stairs are tight. Decking uneven and rotten Key safe was a night mare to open Stair case not safe in areas Parking was horrendous, costing us £10.80 a day
