Property was in a superb location. Quiet/peaceful. Comfortable bed and sofa. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Views were amazing. Warm and welcoming in living room.

Decked area wasn't very nice. Felt dirty and in need of a few repairs. Flags/bunting on outside were worn and falling apart. Just need taking down. Decking needs some TLC. Let the property down. Such a lovely setting but seating area outside was poor. Kitchen floor was very uneven.

Everything was amazing during our stay here. Close to all the local amenities and night life

The location was superb, right in the middle of everything and on the beach

The property is dirty and in need of a refurb, there is dirty tissue stuck to the roof above the bed!, there is a bar next door (Abbey Wharf) that has music blasting until the early hours, we had no sleep and due to this we only stayed for 1 night when paid for 2, it completely ruined our weekend, we both have busy stressful jobs and work long hours so was looking forward to relaxing and falling asleep listening to the waves around the building but that didn’t happen as the music was that loud the building was shaking!

The location is fabulous, it’s secluded but so close to all the amenities. The beach was perfect for our dogs when the tide was out. The property is really cosy and the views are amazing.

The kitchen floor is really uneven and needs to be sorted out. This did not spoil our stay in any way but could cause someone to trip.

Location brilliant quirky accommodation set over 3 floors Comfy , tea coffee sugar and milk a welcome gift Fully equipped kitchen with all you could possibly need . The views were beautiful shame it was much too cold to take advantage of the outside decking . Was able to park outside to drop off and pick up luggage We were lucky to find a free parking space in the street (local resident guidance ) after a free overnight stay in car park not too far away . All in all a worthwhile place to stay

Stairs a bit wobbly and the kitchen floor is very uneven and difficult to walk on . Sat nav took us to the wrong side of harbour but asked a cafe owner who set us right . It was dark when we arrived and we needed a torch to see key lock and it was incredibly stiff to get open Maybe some outside lights on a timer .

The floor in the kitchen had bowed & buckled, so difficult to walk on! I did message Chloe just to inform her to see if she was aware of this but unfortunately she never responded!!
