Cosy 1-bedroom cottage next to Combe Lodge Venue

Location next to wedding venue. Close by.

Hedges need cutting. Tea and coffee pots need renewing.

Cottage is absolutely great and very relaxing/quiet.

Garden is not totally secure which was a worry with my dog and the road.

Great location - 3 mins from Combe Lodge venue. Good facilities within the property.

Didn’t clean before arrival

Lovely property in a fantastic countryside location with good local amenities very nearby including a lovely pub, Thai Restaurant and an excellent and vibrant coffee shop/cafe. All in all and excellent place to stay.

The sending of details to do with location and the key safe were somewhat protracted and the property was difficult to locate - use of What3Words or giving a detailed map would have helped enormously. No details in the property for WiFi login which proved annoying, had to ring up to get the password.

The cottage is very spacious and come with everything you could possibly need

The location of the cottage can be difficult to find in the instructions to find the property “look for the sage green gate” this gate is now white.

Location to Coombe Lodge for a wedding and within walking distance of the high street - take away, coffee shop and convenience store

Only minor but didn’t think some of the furniture fitted in with the period property . Originally booked for 3 but 3rd person couldn’t make it but noticed outside furniture only caters for 2 as 2 chairs
