"Had no real problems other than outlined above."

Really comfortable and would book again but didn’t research enough as had my 94 year old mum with me so steep stairs and downstairs loo was a problem. The beds and bedding were lovely.

Steep stairs were only issue.

Location is very handy to Chester. Accomodation is comfortable and clean.

Parking is a challenge at the property. When we arrived the car park at location per instructions was very full and only spaces available were narrow. When we did park it was found to be a university permit parking area and we got a notice asking us to refrain from parking there. There's not many other options for all day parking close to the property which makes handling bags difficult.
