Needs decorating as looks tired and new carpet
 urgently needed The carpet is very worn and in 2 places the gripper rods are exposed and expose sharp dangerous raised tacks from the gripper rods
 Bath towels are tiny, just larger than a hand towel there is a need to invest in some new ones larger than a hand towel New pillows would also be nice Need to be able to walk up steps up to The Craggs
 No Broadband is not good as 4G is weak and spotty

Location excellent, could do with new carpet, excellent shower Kitchen facilities good

No hand soap in bathroom

Wonderful location and views of whitby harbour.

The view and also surprisingly quiet. Great location and bedrooms a good size and beds comfortable. Nice and clean.

The parking is a bit stressful when you have not been before. Once you know how it works it’s fine. A pint of milk in the fridge would have been nice.

Parking was very disappointing. We tried to contact the necessary person for assistance, but they were on holiday. We had to spend nearly £10 on parking till we contacted booking.com. The beds were very uncomfortable. As a family, we feel £205 (with 15% discount) is too much for this property.
