Whitby Sea View Cottage Prime Historic Old Town Location

The location is excellent. The Cottage is absolutely lovely and the view to die for... Thank you..

Can't think of anything we didn't like to be honest...

The property was so clean. The location worked out great, its really near to everything. The car we parked behind the property although up some steep steps.

That there is no wifi.

Great central location right in the thick of it with a lovely view over the harbour. The cottage is directly above the amusement arcade but don’t let that put you off as there was no noise from below.

Minor things : The fridge was very small- the tray in the door not even wide enough for a milk bottle. There was no shower mat so we had to use a hand towel to prevent the floor getting wet. The wall lighting in the living space was quite dim and there was no functioning wifi ( router not working)

No internet - however it’s wasn’t advertised so not an issue. Woukd be good to have though..

Location was fabulous, the views were out of this world.

Erm………can’t really think of anything. I did think that I would be able to hear the amusements underneath, but nope couldn’t hear them.

Overlooking the harbour was peaceful & beautiful

There was nothing I didn’t like except the parking fine. I didn’t have a pen to write my reg on the scratch card therefore it was invalid. So my advice is to take a pen with you!

Great location Lovely beds Cosy cottage

Although the waterfall part of the shower worked, the adjustable hand held part didnt. More crockery needed - could do with more mugs (as several are chipped) glasses & plates.

Slightly disappointed that Wi-Fi not working for our 2 day stay. Reported it and we’re told a problem with the server and the previous guests had the same problem. Not entirely helpful when needed to complete some work.
