Location was excellent, the holiday home was very pleasant and cosy. Being straight across from the beach made it feel more enjoyable and a lovely view from the terrace and balcony to just look at the sea. A very nice house to stay in for our few days away. Will definitely stay there again soon. We loved it there, wish we could of stayed there longer

"Fabulous south coast break"

Location was excellent . Great sea views , short walk to town center and 5 minute walk to local shops . Place ideal for exploring other towns etc. Brighton 30 minutes on train . East dean & eastbourne a short bus ride away .

The location was great and the house in general was quite nice with comfortable beds

You need a new lock box for the key. The front door needs looking at because the door frame seems to be loose. The garden needs all of the weeds pulling up and the kitchen utensils could do with replacing. Broken plates and minging pots and pans. Tiles coming off the wall in the kitchen, bulb in the fridge needs replacing. The place could be a lot nicer with a few small changes. It feels like it's just left to make money and not cared about. I cleaned your windows as well.

The location was fantastic. Quiet area. The view was great and the sound of the sea. The house was lovely bright clean and airy.

Being picky, would love to see the garden area made nicer. Would also like a sunbed/recliner in the garden and on the upper deck.
