Everything was just right.

Central location

The location was ideal for our travelling and sightseeing plans. The cottage was beautifully appointed and well maintained. The kitchen was well appointed, with quality crockery, cutlery and glassware. It was so helpful to have a washing machine and dryer. We loved the village and made our way around to find a place for two evenings for dinner.

The long list of duties to complete, although this should be option, perhaps a little less for guests would be fair. Perhaps some information about the hotels and restaurants in the village, the history of the village and the closest petrol station would be helpful too.

Good location

The bed was so soft hardly had any sleep and the ceiling in the bedroom was so low uncomfortable

Comfy space which was clean and really well equipped. Great location for walking and sight seeing. I’m grateful that it was available for us.

Location very ggod. Nice and quiet. Settees quite comfy.

Our stay cincided with sunny but cold weather. Heating was not very good - appears to be underfloor for bathroom but not the lounge/dining area/bedroom for which a 2kW fan heater was provided. The other concerns were the lowness of the roof above the bed and the stair bannister which ran out at the bottom. Bearing in mind we are both on the short side we both banged our heads several times.

Super cosy with beautiful decor inside. Situated in a nice quiet location, easy to get to any sightseeing spots. Very clean and tidy.

As it was underfloor heating, it took a while for the property to heat up, even with the heat boost. However there were plenty of blankets and hot water bottles to keep you warm.
