The hot tub is always a good addition but in winter time should have something to protect from the rainy weather otherwise we can’t use properly

The house was freezing cold and the kitchen don’t have any heat It seems we are in a freezer and we need to put a heater that was in the living room for keep it warmer It seems the parking there is a problem with the neighbor in front as she asks for we move the car for she can put hers She wants her car in front of her house The Wii fi is horrible in the property specially if you need to work from your phone

Very cozy and wonderful jacuzzi

House was clean and tidy, nicely decorated and kitted out. The hot tub was brilliant

Parking was tricky on arrival being on street and on pavement but during day was not an issue as plenty of space

The property was beautiful every room was decorated so nicely. I loved the bathroom.

Rooms were lovely, very spacious house! Everything was as in pictures and we were not disappointed!! Hot-Tub was filled and ready to use instantly. Host checked in when we arrived to ensure everything was good! Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend!! :D

No lock on bathroom door but we just put the bin behind when in there and it worked fine :)

The hot tub was lovely , we all enjoyed it. The property was only a short walk down to the beach.

The house slept 6 , but there were only 3 place mats and 4 coasters on the dining table. A lovely range cooker but no oven gloves, and no tea towels . 10 light bulbs throughout the house needed replacing. None of the portable electrical appliances had an up to date PAT sticker, the microwave did have a PAT sticker which was 5 years out of date. Directly above the bath is a chandelier that you clonk your head on when climbing out! Rather disappointing.

The property shouldn’t not be on booking .com it’s disgusting, filthy , plugs hanging off the wall , water pours through the celling when you have a shower down in to the kitchen on to-the work tops and on to the kitchen floor ! The sofas are disgrace filthy and the chair was all stained and ripped , holes in the sitting room celling , sand in the windows in the sitting room , the cooker had never been cleaned for years by the looks of it and only one side worked , the hot tub had pubic hairs in it where someone had been sat on the side of it ! And sand in the bottom of it , but the water was clean 🙈 ! The outside furniture was green and the chairs were peeling , and only one light worked , but the owner said this is a beautiful cottage ! And the last people gave it 10 out of 10 , we left early !

The house did not match the description in Booking.com. There is no sea view. Only one bathroom, which was an ensuite, meant other guests had come through your bedroom to access the bathroom. Only 3 wine glasses for a house for 6 guests, and one glass being plastic. No basic supplies left in the cupboards. No handsoap in toilet. Bedside lamps without corresponding sockets. Instruction book did not contain correct information for WiFi connection. Musty smell in the house. Oven and grill very greazy. Garden dirty with poorly maintained furniture. Only 1 light working in garden (out of 4) Dog next door growled and barked whenever anyone in the garden. Front garden of house next door had old kitchen dumped in it.

Location was fair . Beds and bathrooms clean. Hot tub small but pleasant and hot .

Very tired, needs a lot of TLC . A good clean Is essential. The yard is so run down we were unable to sit outside , not like the photo shows. The previous reviews stated bathroom door and toilet seat needed a fix , those have still not been done .
