Large House, sleeps 10 with incredible sea views

Lovely characterful property with amazing views!!

It was a lovely 3 storey house with amazing views. The rooms were spacious and it was an ideal location to explore Ilfracombe. We came away for a girlie weekend and had a lovely time using this as a base. The bathrooms were awesome and the showers were powerful. The large table meant we could all eat together and sit around playing games in the evening. We would stay again if visiting the area and Fiona, the host, was really helpful and welcoming.

Single beds weren't as comfy for adults, more suited to children I imagine, but the doubles were lovely.

A wonderful location, with great views. A homely place to rest and socialise.

We absolutely loved this property. Very spacious yet cosy. Perfect location to walk into Ilfracombe centre and around the harbour. Lots of charming local pubs and walks. The host Fiona was so welcoming and helpful. Loved the roll top bath, the toys for the children, the welcome biscuits and coffee pods etc. Would definitely return to enjoy warmer weather, although a cold January stay was still beautiful!

Location was ideal, space in the property was also ideal

The property was absolutely filthy, the towels provided smelt awful, the washing machine was black and gunky in the draw and run, the current draw was grimy and full of dirt, the extractor fan was dripping grease, my baby dropped his dummy behind the sofa and that was the final straw for me, I could go on, I was so disgusted I took photos so I can discuss with the owners but upon being reached out to they came to the conclusion the property was more than acceptable, we actually left early due to the cleanliness of the property not being acceptable by anyone’s standards.

It was comfortable, well equipped and close to the town centre.

Good location, comfy and spacious rooms. Lovely views of the town and sea. Perfect for group getaways would stay again.

Only very minor point was that there was no light directly above the dining table making it hard for boardgames.

The property was set very nicely with lots of space for 10.. It was comfy and met all our requirements .. We visited the Thatched Inn.. which I was very pleasant and friendly

The very top room was a little cold.. when downstairs was toasty

The house was spacious with fabulous views out to sea. It was ideal for 6 of us plus a 1 year old, lots of room to move around, lots of seating and a well equipped kitchen. Great location very close to town and sea front.
