A stunning cottage in a quiet area but central to all attractions. The facilities and furnishings exceeded our expectations. Undercover outside braai and a super fireplace in living area. Beds were comfy and house tastefully decorated. Highly recommended

Our hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The cottage is perfectly quaint and charming. Each room was clean and beautifully put together with careful attention to detail in design and comfort. We had the luxury of keeping warm and comfortable with loadshedding, having everything we needed. The outside garden is stunning and the fireplace is really a gem. The location was perfect, close enough the main road but still very private and peaceful. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend this property to friends and family.

We were there in Winter, so enjoyed the iron stove fireplace. The house is beautifully furnished with attention to detail everywhere. Simple things like hooks for hanging keys on next to doors, the artwork, the sitting spaces on the veranda, and the garage for parking our car and trailer.

The host, Braam, met as to hand over keys and gave a "tour" of the facilities to explain everything. He has a colorful, creative personality and shared some information of the house and area. Found it very informative and a lovely experience. There was not one thing that we wished for, but that wasn't there. We especially loved the outside, covered braai "stoep". We had plans to dine out but ended up spending the evenings around the fire chatting away. The beds deserve special mention. Not very often that one come across comfortable, good mattresses leaving you waking up refreshed.
