Hin Kong Sunset Beach Front House

The location is absolutely perfect — right on the beach, with a beautiful, spacious balcony featuring a hammock and stunning sea views. It’s a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind, with easy access to everything you need nearby. The staff were very kind and helpful, always smiling and doing their best to make the stay enjoyable.

The living room could be improved — the sofa is quite small and not very comfortable for relaxing. The apartment itself feels a bit old-fashioned, especially the kitchen, which could use some updating. Also, the lighting inside is quite dim, and the path leading to the property at night is dark, so a bit more lighting would make a big difference. The weakest part of the stay was the bathroom. The water pressure is low, there’s little ventilation, and the drainage isn’t great, which sometimes caused small fruit flies to appear. It’s manageable, but definitely something that could be improved.

Leider ist die Wassertiefe dort auch bei Flut nicht genügend tief, um zu schwimmen.

Lage: sehr zentral und doch ruhig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Restaurant zu Fuss erreichbar. Ausstattung: es hat alles, was man braucht Organisation & Personal: super!

Expensive 30 min taxi from the harbour and not many restraunts near by, need a motorbike

The location on the beach was amazing, saw the best sunset in koh phangan during my stay there.

My main problem was the bathroom. There were a lot of flies, probably because of poor ventilation. Also, the shower drain was bad, which didn't help the situation. So although it was clean and comfortable overall, it felt run down and not good value for money compared to other places I stayed during my trip. Also, the safe was not working (some problem with the key). I was told it would take a few days to repair so I just let it go, And the lock to the bedroom door (to outside) needed to be fixed upon my arrival as well as a curtain that fell.

House itself, bars and Shops around and the most important part the caring people itself. Thank you very much for the welcome stay!

Super schönes Haus direkt am Strand. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Toll mit Kind, da alles abgesichert ist und auch Spielzeug vorhanden. Durch die Lage direkt am Strand ging immer ein eingenehmer Wind. Supermärkte und leckere Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Yogamatten, Schnorchel, Kartenspiele, Netflix… alles da was das Herz begehrt. Sehr nettes Servicepersonal und super unkomplizierter Check in und out!
