This house is amazing. Everything was Perfect. Hope to come back.

We had a wonderful stay here! The cottage has everything you could possibly need. Its cosy and comfy but best of all the killer view from the terrace! We had all our meals there and loved how the sea changed hourly. Yiu can walk along the beach for an espresso or a fabulous dinner, all a 5 - 10 minute stroll. Its central to the yogi quarter so full of yummy, healthy places to eat. Nadege was super fast to reply to all our messages and her team made sure our stay was perfect.

Hing Kong is close to the road so you may hear some noise but honestly the lapping of the waves drowned out this..

This was the absolute BEST accommodation we stayed in during our holiday in Thailand. The owners are so friendly and met us when we arrived. They even provided us with a baby high chair, which was super handy. The house is awesome - right on the beach (which almost feels like your own private beach at times) and you can watch the sunset every day. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with everything you need, including fresh coffee and a big jug of water that gets refilled. The bedroom is super comfy. The villa has recently been renovated and feels brand new. The cleaners are really friendly and come everyday to change all the sheets and towels. The location is awesome as you can just walk to Indigo Cafe and 7-11 plus local shops and restaurants. We loved, loved, loved this house and even extended our stay longer. I've already recommended it to other friends as the best place to stay in Koh Phangan!

There is honestly nothing negative to say!

The house is lovely. The big bed is comfortable. The terrace has a great view and a breeze. Yes, there is no sea in the morning, but we knew that before we arrived — it was not an issue for us. There were no flies in the bathroom. The shower was weak and lukewarm, but it did not bother us in that heat either. There was tea, coffee and a few drinks in the fridge — which was so thoughtful! I only wish more places did that. There are nice bars on the beach within minutes walk. Unfortunately, due to the accident (see below), we did not see much else.

The low rating is the answer to the question “how was your stay?” Our stay was very stressful and it was made unnecessarily more stressful by Damian. My husband had a stupid accident on the first day. We received no sympathy, support or “anything I can do to help?”. Damien was patronising on the phone and argumentative when we met, making the whole situation even more distressing. My husband spent two days in the hospital, including a surgery to stitch back on flesh to his shin. There was a lovely family next door, who helped me and the kids on that first day. Nadege did message me the following day with her telephone number. But it was really rather too late by then. We would have appreciated help on the first day, especially negotiating hospital matters. It was totally unnecessary for Damien to be so patronising. In addition, upon Damien’s repeated advice, we missed our diving trip. We had to pay off the instructors for wasted time. He assured us that diving boats never leave on time (he has lived there for 8 years, he knows). Bringing scooters a little late should have been fine. Well - the diving boats do leave on time. And keeping 30 people waiting on the boat is rude, in my opinion. Please, take any sentence that starts “I have lived here for 8 years” with a pinch of salt.

The house has fantastic sunset views. The house is exactly like the pictures. What you see is what you get. Nadege and her husband are very friendly and helped us with a car rental and everything we needed. Highly recommendable.
