Simple, elegant design and clean. Located just a few minutes from the lake and right in front of Cowan's Hill lookout which is the perfect spot for stargazing.

"The Red Nest Felt Like a Red Sauna"

Great location, bed was comfortable, good shower and had a washing machine.

When we arrived and opened the door, it felt like we were in a sauna. It was so hot I could barely breathe. It was literally 5 minutes away from the office. Someone from the office or the cleaning service could have turned on the air for us before we arrived. It took hours to cool down. During the middle of the night, an alarm outside that sounded like an air raid alarm went off for about 5 minutes. It was very startling. I looked up on Chat GPT and it was most likely an alarm for the volunteer fire department. Would be nice to have a note on the refrigerator letting people know that could happen.

The location. Close to the lake

A very small cabinet that doesn’t deserve what we paid (aud $800 for a night). Not recommended at all. The 2nd bedroom is super small that doesn’t even have a power point for phone chargers. The lowest rate that I have provided in all hotels / motels I have stayed.
