Great place in an excellent position for Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington, amazing rooms with lots space to relax. Nice person touches like wine, tea, coffee on arrival and plenty of facilities. Would highly recommend

Dvd player was not working, shower had no pressure

Lovely location very quiet and comfortable didn't mind the wifi issues because I go on holiday to escape technical not be glued to a screen was nice to see the animals around the side sheep cows bulls Shetlands

Could do with a fly net on front door and grill still had cheese stuck to tray

The house was nice and clean, the landlord Andrew was friendly and helpful as we checked in early and we were afraid that we had found the wrong house. But luckily Andrew and his mum were at the front entrance and showed us in. Because we are an old couple with some old friends, our eye sight was not up to scratch and we wanted to use the WIFI. Andrew was very patient with us old people and set the WIFI for us. Thank you Andrew. The location was nice and quiet with beautiful horses and farm animals, the location is good to travel in a car for tourist places and was easy to get to. Next time when me and my old friends go to this area, we would definitely book this place again. Thank you Andrew for your hospitality.

It could do with a deep clean I feel a bit bad on saying this as new owns have just taken over and are on with Cleaning the place and given the place a up grad so will look forward to seeing what they will do .loved the Location and will back
