We liked everything about the cottage. The location is great and it's dog friendly, which is a big bonus .

We’ve stayed at Mole before. It’s in a good spot, and has everything we need including a pod coffee machine with excellent Italian coffee pods provided! Comfortable bed and sofas. The owners are lovely friendly people.

This time we stayed during extremely cold weather, temps were icy cold, well below zero the entire time we were there - the little heated towel rail in the bathroom just couldn’t cope with the outside temperatures and the bathroom was always very cold indeed. It needs a radiator in there as well as the towel heater. We’re used to a cosy bathroom at home!

It is very cosy, very clean and a great location for various historical sites. The main bedroom was so clean and lovely. The bed linen smelled like fresh air and the bed was very, very comfy. Lots of storage if needed. The kitchen has everything, nothing missing whatsoever. Hot water in the shower and clean towels.

The door was difficult to open, it needed a strong shove. The shower was a little small, but it did the job within the tight space in the bathroom.

The living room had some nice features. The garden was nice.

The bathroom was on the ground floor and the shower was mouldy. The fact that we had to remove all the bedding "due to the current situation" and when I saw the mattress I wish I hadn't. The kitchen was grotty. We were also told to bring a cash deposit but nobody came to collect it which meant we had gone to the trouble to get cash out needlessly. There was only one bedside table and rug which wasn't good as it was a wooden floor. The cottage is on quite a busy road.

Gorgeous antique interior decor. Comfortable inside. Good base for touring and handy local Spar.

Garden too noisy and shadowed to sit out. Quite a few cobwebs. Toilet brush revolting. Nothing by way of a welcome pack.
