Craigadam Lodge with Hot tub

We were met on arrival by Celia who showed us round the place and gave us a crash course on using the hot tub. The accommodation of three ensuite bedrooms, lounge diner and kitchen was comfortable and clean and well equipped. Our host brought pancakes over for the first breakfast time, which the kids loved and a few days later came over with a freshly baked sponge cake, which was I loved. All in all we were left to our own devices and it was good to see the kids ranging about the place freely. Would have had dinner but the opportunity never arose. A quality accommodation in a superb location.

The location was lovely there was lovely short bread and cake on arrival the different rooms were themed rooms flowers and plants loved them with the fish swimming about in the huge pond

no toilet paper but we had a roll just in case anyway no problem

Perfect family holiday, kids loved the outdoor space, we would definitely love to go back!

The property is set on a working farm that’s beautifully maintained. It’s a gorgeous location, surrounded by hills and farmland, and we were there at a time when the lambs were being born. If you’re into birds then there are Red Kites flying most the day which are great to watch. Fabulous hot tub with views for miles, and a lovely play area for the kids. The beds were really comfortable… Celia kindly turned them into doubles for us, each room has its own en-suite, and the showers were great. Celia herself was a brilliant host from start to finish. We arrived to a welcome basket with Easter eggs, wine and chocolates. There was also a homemade delicious fruit loaf. During our stay we were treated to homemade soda bread and pancakes. It really is a gem of a place, with a wonderful host. We will be back!!

Beautiful peaceful location, fantastic hot tub with amazing views!! Super comfortable beds and Celia was so lovely to us throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. We also received freshly baked bread and pancakes - a fabulous touch! We had a great weekend relaxing in the countryside.

We arrived for a long weekend and were greeted with a beautiful welcome gift, setting the tone for a truly special stay. The rooms were lovely, with stunning scenery all around. The owners were welcoming and made us feel right at home. We were lucky to have fantastic weather, which made exploring the gorgeous garden (full of spring flowers) even more enjoyable. The beds were extremely comfortable; we genuinely “slept like a log” every night! It’s a perfect little escape from busy life. A special thanks to Celia for recommending great walking routes, places to visit and handing in home made bread!. The hot tub was a real highlight—relaxing with such a beautiful view was unforgettable. We'll definitely be back 💖
