"Suitable for some groups but not that clean or comfortable"

Location was great. Right in the centre of town. Walking distance to everything. The home has everything you need and is bigger than the photos show. Has a TV with all apps like netflix, IPTV, nowtv etc. WiFi was very good. We turned up midday Saturday and struggled to find parking but after about 30 mins spaces did open up on the street.

The place is very worn down and more like a student home. The bedding all smelt and we couldn't work out if It had been washed or not. It's a good property if you are big group for a stag do or party etc and cleanliness and comfort isn't the goal, otherwise I wouldn't really recommend if you are fussy about anything. It's next door to all the pubs in Derry so you can hear music until about midnight each night. No issue for us tho but worth noting. The only bathroom is downstairs through the kitchen.

Great location perfect for the City. Very helpful host went over and above. Lovely house.

Downstairs bathroom. Appreciate this is often the case but some of us like a bathroom a bit closer in the middle of the night. 😳 Still very happy.

"Funktionerande lägenhet med utmärkt centralt läge."

Boendets läge var suveränt! Bara 25 meter från boendet hade man tillgång till pubar, och man kan kunde parkera gratis invid boendet. Värdarna var väldigt snabba att svara på ens meddelanden och instruktionerna var tydliga.

Aningen i överkant prismässigt utgående från hur boendets faciliteter är.

"House good but the area too noisy at night ."

Very central within easy reach of ehrtr event was. Pay Car park near. Closes 10pm till 730am. Plenty of bars near by.

At no time could we ger parking on road. Saturday night, the night club/disco at the back of the house was blaring till 2am.
