Location and parking space (however if you have a big car it is tight!)

No TV connection no light bulb in single bedroom or hallway upstairs rugs turn up safety issues hall down stairs and living room no hand towel in downstairs toilet outside bins overflow .

Location was perfect. Close enough to the centre but in a quiet enough street. Great size for a family of four with dog. We left some valuable ear phones which the owner & cleaner reported found and posted back to us...Very honest of them and we're very grateful. Thank you

TV seemed to be a bit of an issue getting standard channels to work and there was no soap in the bathroom/toilet dispensers.

We were let down by a double booking elsewhere so this was a last minute alternative, the host made quick contact and went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed on such short notice. Great place in a great spot, we had two children and our dog, we had a lot of space under floor heating was great and beds were comfortable. Added bonus of parking right at the door. Hoping to stop again. Thanks again for making it a great stay!

Very good location. Close to Windermere and not too far a drive from Ambleside. Good location for various walks. Lots of places to eat nearby. This property has everything you could really need in terms of comfort, space etc. and is certainly somewhere we would consider staying again.

The allocated parking for the property is very convenient (right outside the property) but is a little on the small side. Whilst there is on-street parking right outside the property if your car is too big for the allocated space, it does get very busy.

Bed clothes, pillows, pillows protectors, pillows cases, disgusting, so dirty.. First night we slept covering us with our own towels. They never changed after having guests. They have a shed where store bed clothes but all of them stinks of damp and is mixed with dirty bed clothes too. The place remained the same condition as the last guest leave it. Underneath the sofa (cushions) dirt and hairs. Rugs sitting room and kitchen stinks of dog. The worst experience ever!!! Never book at this place if you need to have a normal rest. What a waist of money!!!!!

Other than the location, absolutely nothing

When we arrived…beds been slept in and not changed, dirty towels in the bath, toilets unclean, boiler was leaking !!!! Appalling basically
