Warm, cosy clean, excellent location. It surpassed our expectations

Parking space a little tight but couldn’t be helped

The location of the property is perfect for visits to Windermere. Off street parking space was also a major plus. Finally the layout of the property was perfect for our family break.

There was nothing not to like

The property sleeps 5 but only 4 small plates and 3 mugs! One which had a chip out of the side you drink from. No wine glasses at all so had to use tumblers for Champagne. No sponge or anything to use washing dishes. These are not expensive to buy so would be better if provided. Very little hand soap or toilet rolls. These comments are for future guests.

Smelt of dogs, a bit grubby

It was the perfect location, walking distance to everything. Very spacious

Great location, decent sized cottage with all the necessary equipment and amenities.

Could have been cleaner, we had young children and our dog but found lots of broken glass under the sofas, also the beds had been sprayed with some kind of air or fabric freshener that smelt very chemically and was unpleasant to sleep on.
