The hospitality,food excellent, location perfect for what we needed with our two small dogs ie large empty beaches and lovely grounds to walk around. Jimmy and Sam couldn't do enough and were perfect hosts. Lovely large house and our room was large and clean with excellent facilities. Ideal for trips to Lindisfarne,Berwick, Bamburgh castle and many others. Close to Scottish borders as well.

The Breakfast OK .Jimmy the host was pleasant and informative about the history of the house

Was amazed we had to make own bed never known this before all the B and B we have stayed in . Would not recommend for anyone with a disability walking, my wife uses a walking stick and found the stairs challenging. Sadly the gardens let the place down ,
