Loved the view from the outside terrace

The bed was comfortable and the room had a cute view of the bridge. It was in the best location possible, close to the train station, close to all the cafes and pubs. I was only booked in for one night but loved it so much I had to extend it.

Bad timing for a heat wave, most places I've stayed at didn't have aircon, fans or windows that could completely open. However it's an usually hot summer with the extreme heat warnings so that was out of everyone's control! The place was still maximum comfort and the room cooked down perfectly in the evening to have a great nights sleep.

Had a great 2 day break at this amazing cottage. Booked the room with the terrace & hot tub which was perfect for our stay. Mike, the host was so friendly & helpful. The food on offer was ideal. Had the graze board but couldn't have it on the outside river view terrace due to the weather. Breakfast also was very good quality. Will definitely stay here again. Location ideal.

Mike the host is a very friendly person and keen to help so you can get the most out of your visit to the area. Only comment I will make is that I had not realized the bathroom was seperate to the bedroom although it was solely for our use only. Having said that I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit the area.
