Great location. Large room, comfortable bed. Lots of extras provided. Parking available. Nice shower.

Toilet space limited legroom and basin on top of cistern. Property described as self catering but limited to only use of microwave and crockery so unable to make own meals. Changed towels and tidied room even though requested not to do this.

Real home from home. Made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

We were in Bed4, we read the description and were aware that the private toilet was separate from the bedroom. This was NOT a problem for us, but it might be for others. (It is across the main downstairs hallway, along with the breakfast room and kitchen)

Thank you so much for having us over the weekend! We had a really lovely stay with you. Room was just perfect with much more than we expected. We really enjoyed morning coffee in your magical beautiful garden! Agnes and David was very helpful and kind, also we had a delicious breakfast in really lovely atmosphere! Definitely highly recommend!

The hosts were very welcoming and approachable and made us feel right at home in their place. David has excellent knowledge of the local area which proved helpful during our cycling trip. The breakfast was delicious. High quality products were used and it was cooked to perfection. The room was clean and the beds were large and comfortable. We really appreciated having a fridge in the room (which was stocked with milk, orange juice and cold water).

We only discovered on our second day that tea and coffee were not served at breakfast; instead, we needed to prepare them ourselves. Although a kettle was available in the breakfast room, we only noticed it after another couple asked for tea and were told they could help themselves. If you prefer coffee, you'll need to bring it down from your room, as there are coffee makers provided there. Our upstairs, south-facing bedroom overlooked a busy street with heavy traffic well until after midnight and starting again at 5 am. The room gets very warm during summer, so we had to open the windows. Unfortunately, we are not used to the traffic noise which disrupted our sleep. Although a fan was provided, it wasn't enough to cool the room.
