Unkompliziert Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe hinterlegt, Zimmer sauber u ordentlich, genau so wie das Bad. Zentral gelegen am Hafen, so dass man zu Fuß zum Essen od ins Pub gehen kann Parkplätze ausreichend an der Straße vorhanden

Eingang ist erst mal schwierig zu finden, da Schild nicht direkt erkennbar war und der Eingang zum Haus sich im Hinterhof befindet

The central location is amazing, the view over the harbour is lovely. A good restaurant just next door.

It would have been easier to find if it was clear that it was following a passage way between the restaurant and the shop.

Great location, right on the harbour only a short distance to both ends. Lovely view from the window and a very reasonably sized room. Plenty of parking outside too

It wasn't the cleanest and a couple of the rooms facilities could do with being replaced. The mattress wasn't very comfy and there was a lot of noise from the other rooms.

Location and availability. Although bathroom was across hall it was exclusive use and dressing gowns were provided

It is a reasonably priced room in a beautiful location. The hotel has a certain atmosphere and character, but it is quite dated and would benefit from refurbishment. The bathroom is not really en suite in the way most guests would expect, which was not entirely clear from the room description when booking. The heating system is also not ideal and could be improved. In addition, the room was not as clean as we had hoped, with a noticeable amount of dust in some areas. Overall, the property has potential, but it would benefit from some updating and greater attention to maintenance and housekeeping.

Great location and lovely views, if in a front room, that overlooks the harbour.

Bed very low, which was not ideal, as still recovering from recent surgery and found it difficult to get into and out of bed. There was quite a bit of noise- from other guests and someone starting to play a guitar in the seating across the road a midnight - not necessarily the property's fault but the soundproofing is not great.

There was a very strong smell of fish in the flat, wafting up from the fish restaurant on the ground floor. The bed linen was disgusting. The cheapest synthetic fabric in a dirty grey colour. No fridge in the room. The overall standard of the service is on a par with a cheap hostel. You can’t call this a hotel! All the more reason not to charge for it as you would for a hotel. It's awful. It looks like an old student hall of residence.
