The helpful and friendly owner. The location. Very clean.

The room was really basic which looked out onto the very messy back yard. My friend stayed in the room at the front which was set out nicer with a seating area and obviously much better views. I realise that is just the luck of the draw but I feel for the price it could have been nicer.
